Building, plumbing and mechanical fees are not required to be paid until the time a permit is issued. Fees can be estimated by the Building Division prior to the time of issuance. Please contact the Building Division for additional information.
Pursuant to Section 109 of the 2021 International Building Code and Section R108 of the 2021 International Residential Code, the fee for each permit shall be as set forth in the following attached tables for valuations based upon the February 2020 Building Valuation Data as published by the International Code Council and as also amended, permit fee schedule, plumbing and mechanical fee schedule tables.
