New parking lot lighting in main parking lot, arena and Expo lighting, upgrades to electrical, new kitchen ductwork and hood, 4 new roof top units (RTU) for heating and air conditioning for Expo and 4 new RTU for the Atrium. 2 of the RTUs (south side of Expo) will not be running until July 2024, awaiting one more part.
In addition, new Ice Pavilion parking lot lighting in July 2023. A 3rd phase for new RTU for heating and air in Arena (Phase 2) is planned but no timeline, it will be another $6.5 million.

All maintenance responsibilities are supplied by venue management. The grounds are maintained by a landscaping company. The janitorial needs are maintained Monday and Friday and during events as needed by a janitorial company. In addition, two employees of current management take care of any additional needs and event set up and tear down, they are on site throughout the week.
