All maintenance responsibilities are supplied by venue management. The grounds are maintained by a landscaping company. The janitorial needs are maintained Monday and Friday and during events as needed by a janitorial company. In addition, two employees of current management take care of any additional needs and event set up and tear down, they are on site throughout the week.

There are no HAPO staff. There is one Franklin County Administration representative on site.
Franklin County and City of Pasco each pay $13,541.67 monthly.
New parking lot lighting in main parking lot, arena and Expo lighting, upgrades to electrical, new kitchen ductwork and hood, 4 new roof top units (RTU) for heating and air conditioning for Expo and 4 new RTU for the Atrium. 2 of the RTUs (south side of Expo) will not be running until July 2024, awaiting one more part.
In addition, new Ice Pavilion parking lot lighting in July 2023. A 3rd phase for new RTU for heating and air in Arena (Phase 2) is planned but no timeline, it will be another $6.5 million.
Through July of 2024, McKinstry is maintaining the 8 new Roof Top Units. Franklin County is currently preparing for an auction to clear some equipment on the property.
