Ballot Drop Box Locations

Franklin County has ballot drop boxes throughout the county to provide voters with a secure way return their ballots without the cost of postage.

These secure ballot drop boxes can be found at eight locations in Franklin County. Boxes are open 24 hours beginning 18 days prior to each election and remain open until 8 pm on Election Day.

Please note that only some boxes will be opened during certain elections. Scroll down to see which boxes will be available during the current election. 

Election staff empty ballot boxes a minimum of twice per week.

The Courthouse will remain open 18 days prior to the election to return your ballot and use the accessible voting equipment.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and on Election day from 8:30 am to 8 pm.
